I use smartphones and tablets for brain injury rehabilitation and assessments. If you could get your mobile device to do one thing, what would it be?
Ideally, to have an app for assessment batteries, so that scoring for most things can be automated. Sometimes I feel like psychologists haven't progressed from the 50's when I have to take out a special plastic ruler and measure pictures. Surely technology could make some aspects of assessment more efficient.
I 100% agree. Luckily for the WAIS is about to become available on iPad. It's coming, the million dollar question is: Will psychologists embrace the new tech?
